 Please Note:

Beginning with the September 21, 2010 Galesburg Camera Club meeting, regular monthly meetings will be held at the Galesburg Public Library on the THIRD TUESDAY  of each month. We start at 6:00pm.

September 2011 Meeting Notes:

New President Tom Foley welcomed everyone and led an interesting discussion on photographers Paul Strand and Alfred Stieglitz.

 

Eighteen people attended and several other members sent regrets because of schedule conflicts.

 Treasurer Mike Godsil gave a financial report and reminded everyone that dues for the 2011-12 year are being accepted.


The monthly competition was conducted and Best of Show awarded to Steve Davis, who won in a run off over Bill NIce. There were sixty-six entries, including three print (one of which received an Honorable Mention and another received an Acceptance).
